Scheduling Policies
Please use the online scheduling system for each experience to find a time that is convenient for you. An email and text message (if you would like) will be sent to confirm your appointment, along with the Zoom link. All sessions are on Zoom and require payment in full at the time of booking, and there are no refunds due to the nature of the business. Bookings can only be made 24 hours or more in advance and cancelations must be completed 24 hours in advance of your appointment time, otherwise you forfeit your session.
Normal business hours are Mondays through Fridays: 8am-10pm, and Saturdays, 8am-8pm. No appointments are taken on Sundays. All times are Eastern Time.
Best results can be achieved through long-term work and value bundles are available, discounted by 20%.
Many times, Addison’s schedule is booked weeks in advance. If you have any scheduling questions or would like to book a time not shown in the scheduling system, please email addison@addisonames.com, to see if special accommodations can be made. He will get back to you as soon as he can.
